The German Advertising Film Academy is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest ethical standards and professional behaviors in the advertising film industry. This code of conduct serves as a guide for all members, employees, and partners of the academy to ensure that our community acts in a respectful, fair, and ethically responsible manner.

Integrity and Ethics
Honesty and Transparency All members of the academy commit to being honest and transparent in their professional activities. We strive not to spread false information or misleading representations.

Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest Members should avoid conflicts of interest and clearly separate their professional activities from personal interests.

Respect and Diversity
Respectful Behavior The academy expects all members and employees to behave respectfully towards others, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, or social background. Physical, mental, or sexualized violence in any form will not be tolerated, actively pursued, and consistently punished.
